Standard production lead times typically range from 2–4 weeks depending on the order volume and module type specification. For urgent project requirements or large-scale scheduled deliveries, we offer priority manufacturing slots.

Modules are securely packed in vertical orientation boxes designed to minimize transit stress. We provide comprehensive logistics support, including coordination for inland and export shipping, ensuring materials arrive safely at the project site.

Every Rayzon module comes with a standard product and performance warranty. Registration can be completed via our online portal. In the unlikely event of a claim, our dedicated support team guides you through a streamlined validation and resolution process.

We assist in tender preparation by providing all necessary technical documents, including GTP sheets, Authorization forms (MAF), test reports, and certifications (BIS/ALMM) as required by Tondering Authorities.
